Job DescriptionThis Recruitment Consultant role sits within our Hub Support which is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment for campaign-based initiatives (versus working on filling local based roles for our clients). It’s a fast-paced role, perfect for a recruiter who thrives on deadlines, enjoys building candidate pipelines, and takes pride in delivering results that support workforce needs.
Day to day you will:
• Plan and deliver targeted recruitment campaigns, from advertising through to candidate deployment.
• Source, screen, and onboard high volumes of candidates within tight timeframes.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure a strong, deployment-ready workforce.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance, accurate records, and a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
