Your proven experience and deep understanding of Agribusiness will be the foundation for success in this role. We’re looking for someone who truly understands the agricultural sector and can bring that expertise to every conversation.

With your knowledge and our market-leading products and solutions, you’ll provide meaningful support and proactive management of agribusiness relationships - meeting clients’ needs today and helping them plan for tomorrow. You’ll also have the backing of a highly skilled analyst team and integrated systems, giving you more time to do what you do best - connect with customers.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll join a passionate Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team committed to supporting businesses across Australia and enhancing the financial wellbeing of regional communities.

You’ll manage a diverse client base across Central West NSW, delivering full banking solutions and driving growth. Ideally, you’ll have a strong track record in agribusiness banking and business development, including acquisition of new-to-bank customers, and a well-established network of referral sources.

We work flexibly to balance client needs, team collaboration and home life - combining time in the office, on client sites and working remotely.

More specifically, you will

  • Work closely with agribusiness clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities for growth.

  • Prepare and manage end-to-end new business transactions and develop strong relationships with internal teams to work effectively and collaboratively.

  • Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities.

 
We’re interested in hearing from people who 

  • Have significant experience in agribusiness banking and pride themselves in building client relationships through excellent service and driving new business.

  • Are highly skilled in leading deal execution including origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.

  • Thrive in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.

  • Are comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the drivers of cash-flow.

  • Have a strong network across Agribusiness and can leverage relationships.
