AI & Digital Enablement Lead
Location: Sydney - however applications from those in Melbourne and Brisbane will also be considered

About the Role
You will lead the national uplift of AI and digital capability across RSM. Sitting within the AI & Data Program, you’ll translate strategy into practical enablement programs, build communities that support adoption, and scale capability across seven service lines.
This role shapes how AI becomes embedded in day‑to‑day work, supported by a mature governance framework and an organisation ready to scale adoption.
Key Focus Areas
Champion Networks and Communities
• Lead the national AI Champions Network
• Build Communities of Practice connecting AI leads, graduates, developers and specialists
• Create engagement and recognition frameworks that sustain participation
AI and Digital Enablement Programs
• Own national training and enablement for M365 Copilot, Power Platform and AI tools
• Deliver workshops and webinars tailored to divisional needs
• Manage LinkedIn Learning pathways and digital capability uplift programs
• Lead Citizen Developer Bootcamps
People Leadership
• Manage and develop the Technology Adoption Specialist
• Ensure consistency and quality across enablement materials and communications
Divisional Engagement
• Partner with ADLTs to understand adoption needs and barriers
• Build divisional adoption plans and support change management practices
Adoption Monitoring and Governance Support
• Track adoption metrics and digital learning progress
• Maintain the Digital Asset Register and technology inventory
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
• Stay across emerging AI trends
• Provide insights to inform national strategy
• Experiment with advanced prompting and AI‑enhanced workflows
What You'll Own
- Build and manage the national AI Champions Network and Communities of Practice across the firm
- Design and deliver national enablement programs for M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and enterprise AI tools
- Own RSM's LinkedIn Learning integration and Digital Fluency capability pathways
- Deliver AI workshops, bootcamps, and webinars for audiences up to Partner/Director level
- Partner with divisional AI & Digital Leadership Teams to develop tailored adoption plans
- Directly manage and develop the Technology Adoption Specialist
- Track and report on adoption metrics, training completion, and the Digital Asset Register
About you:
Essential
• 6+ years in technology adoption, digital enablement, change or L&D
• Experience managing or coaching team members
• Confident facilitator with strong communication skills
• Ability to design workflow‑based training for diverse audiences
• Experience supporting communities of practice or champions
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
Desirable
• Professional services experience
• Familiarity with Copilot, Power Platform or digital capability frameworks
• Knowledge of ADKAR, Prosci or similar models
• Exposure to practice management software
• Relevant Microsoft or digital learning certifications
