AI Implementation Engineer / Customer Success
Location: (Remote/Hybrid) - Must be located within one of these countries:
Australia, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, or Vietnam. Only individuals from these locations can be considered for the role. We do not offer visa support or relocation.

Trustana is building AI-powered software that helps retailers, distributors, and brand owners manage and enrich product data at scale.
We are looking for an AI Implementation Engineer to help customers successfully deploy our AI solutions. If you enjoy solving technical problems, working with AI, and improving customer workflows, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure AI agents, prompts, and workflows for customer accounts.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot AI outputs, identify root causes, and improve results.
- Validate data quality and create simple test cases for new workflows.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver successful implementations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Consulting, Product, or a similar B2B SaaS role.
- Strong understanding of data structures, mappings, imports, and APIs.
- Experience using LLMs, AI agents, or prompt engineering in a practical setting.
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues using logs, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working directly with customers.
Nice to Have
- Experience with PIM, ERP, eCommerce, or product data platforms.
- Experience with AI coding assistants or workflow automation tools.
- Startup experience.
