The opportunity

This is a unique chance to shape how QBE’s leaders and wider workforce evolve in an AI-enabled future. You’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating leadership development and behavior change across our global enterprise, with a focus on AI. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help design innovative programs that support QBE’s AI Strategy by empowering people and leaders to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Your new role

  • Contribute to the identification of enterprise AI leadership development and learning needs across levels, key talent groups and the global enterprise.

  • Support the identification of behavioural shifts required to deliver QBE’s AI Strategy.

  • Provide research on emerging AI trends and leading practice resources to address current and future AI development and behaviour change needs.

  • Curate leadership, learning and behaviour change programs and initiatives that will drive required shifts in the way we lead and work across the enterprise to deliver QBE’s AI Strategy.

  • Manage multiple vendors to support delivery of an integrated end-user experience. Plan AI leadership, learning and behaviour change initiatives in line with program priorities.

  • Collaborate and coordinate across the AI Workforce Strategy program workstreams and with external stakeholders to maintain alignment and deliver an integrated end-user experience.

  • Utilise quantitative and qualitative data to assess the impact of programs on objectives and provide reporting to stakeholders.

  • Track delivery of activities to meet milestones and delivery requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end program administration and track costs against budget.

  • Ensure compliance with company processes, legislation, and data privacy standards.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development, learning, or behaviour change initiatives in large, complex organizations.

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and reporting.

  • Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation, or technology-enabled change through learning and change management.

  • Familiarity with designing leadership and learning programs, including soft skills development and scalable learning experiences.

  • A genuine interest in AI and its potential to reshape leadership, learning, and the future of work.
