Build your career and Australia’s future.
Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.
A bit about the role
In this senior technical leadership role, you will lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of AI systems that address complex business challenges. You will be responsible for building and delivering high-impact AI platforms and applications, ensuring they are production-ready and aligned with best practices. Your work will span the entire application stack, including defining infrastructure as code, implementing monitoring, automated testing, and deployment pipelines. You will collaborate with engineers and architects on technical design, communicate architecture and product demos to stakeholders, and provide mentoring to junior team members. Additionally, you will define and execute test conditions, design test cases, analyze results, and assist in resolving application issues and maintenance procedures.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, it’s likely that you have extensive experience in full-stack development and AI systems design, combined with strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools. You thrive in both autonomous and collaborative environments, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
