At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

So, what’s the role all about?

We are seeking a passionate AI Technical Consultant to lead the functional and technical sales process across NiCE’s portfolio. This role blends deep AI expertise, solution-selling capability, and technical evangelism, representing NiCE at conferences, partner events, and customer forums.

You will articulate the value of NiCE’s solutions - across conversational AI, contact centre technologies, analytics, and cloud infrastructure - to both business and technical stakeholders. Through discovery, requirements gathering, validation, and demonstration, you will design AI-led solutions that address customer challenges and accelerate adoption of our technology.

As an AI evangelist, you will help elevate NiCE’s market presence by enabling Sales and partners, delivering thought leadership, and showcasing the power of AI across the customer engagement lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who thrives at the intersection of AI, product storytelling, customer engagement, and solution innovation.

How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Represent NiCE as an AI technical expert at conferences, partner events, webinars, and industry engagements.
  • Deliver compelling AI presentations, demos, and narratives showcasing NiCE’s capabilities in conversational AI, generative AI, and automation.
  • Build content such as demo storyboards, thought leadership pieces, and AI use-case playbooks for internal and external enablement.
  • Deliver demonstrations that align the NiCE portfolio with the customer’s business challenges.
  • Professionally and independently conduct discovery conversations and needs analyses for both business and technical topics.
  • Identify functional and technical challenges within assigned accounts and propose AI-led solutions.
  • Lead all technical aspects of the sales process, including solution design, architecture conversations, and competitive positioning.
  • Assist with defining and executing PoCs to validate customer use cases.
  • Influence and educate clients on how NiCE’s AI capabilities deliver superior value, usability, and outcomes.
  • Enable Sales and partner teams by offering AI knowledge, technical guidance, demo best practices, and solution frameworks.
  • Actively collaborate with Account Executives and overlay teams to manage complex deals and accelerate cycles.
  • Provide product feedback to the Product house to help evolve NiCE’s AI and portfolio capabilities.
  • Respond promptly to RFIs/RFPs with clear and compelling technical input.
  • Help refine cross-platform messaging across telephony, contact centre, cloud, and AI technologies.

Have You Got What It Takes?

  • Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities with the ability to tailor storyboards for different audiences.
  • Strong experience customizing and building demos and PoCs.
  • Demonstrated success achieving strategic deal wins in software or technology sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively from C-level executives to front-line agents.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and team-oriented.
  • Strategic thinker with strong technical aptitude.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Background in call centre operations, telephony, cloud computing, or adjacent technologies.
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies, NLU/NLP, large language models, and UX/UI principles.
  • Experience presenting conversational AI and generative AI technologies.
  • Certifications or working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Experience with contact centre technologies, WFM/WFO, Talent/HR Management, CRM, or BI is a plus.
  • Understanding of hardware platforms, virtualization, and modern integration patterns.
  • Vertical industry experience (Banking, Insurance, Telcos, Healthcare, Travel, etc.) is advantageous.
