What you'll do:

As an Administrator/ Analyst in the Credit Administration Department, you will be responsible for managing critical aspects of facility documentation processes. Your day-to-day activities will involve verifying important documents, ensuring their compliance with both internal standards and external regulations, and maintaining secure custody of sensitive paperwork. You will regularly interact with relationship managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, requiring excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. In addition to routine duties such as annual document checks, you will also have opportunities to participate in special projects or ad hoc assignments that contribute to the overall success of the operations team. Success in this role will come from your meticulous attention to detail, ability to follow established procedures, and commitment to supporting your colleagues in achieving shared goals.

  • Perform initial verification of facility and collateral documents collected from relevant parties, ensuring all necessary paperwork is present and accurate.

  • Maintain safe custody and strict control over executed facility documents, adhering to established protocols for document security.

  • Conduct annual safe document checks to ensure continued compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

  • Follow all company policies and guidelines meticulously while carrying out daily responsibilities within the department.

  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support team objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in operations and other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

  • Support the implementation of process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency within the credit administration function.

What you bring:

To excel as an Administrator/ Analyst in the Credit Administration Department, you will bring proven experience in handling detailed documentation processes within a financial services setting.
