Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) are passionately committed to supporting businesses across Australia and helping to build and enhance the financial well-being of our regional communities. With over 70 centres across the country, our team provides a comprehensive range of services to our diverse range of business customers throughout Regional Australia.

As an Analyst you will be passionate about customer service and focused on achieving our goal of being number 1 in client satisfaction. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to sophisticated Agribusiness Banking clients/deals with a strong and successful business. Your role will specifically involve;

  • Financial modelling and analysis relating to Agribusiness Business Banking clients
  • Prepare credit submissions for new facilities, and coordination of deal execution through documentation and funding;
  • Performance monitoring and annual reviews for existing clients and reporting of client financial and operational performance to Risk Management.

Some of the key capabilities & experience we’re looking for are;

  • Strong knowledge of, and passion for, farming/ agriculture / agribusiness
  • Previous experience writing and analysing credit transactions, as well as completing annual reviews and reporting, ideally within Commercial or Agribusiness Banking;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders;
  • Have client service experience and exposure to Commercial or Agribusiness customers;
  • Strong commercial acumen and well-developed financial analysis and modelling skills;
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex transactions, and ideally have previous 'new to bank' transactional and credit risk experience;
  • A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/Commerce would be highly regarded.
