The Opportunity
As an Analyst in our Funds Strategy and Transformation team, you will play a key role in supporting investor, platform and internal reporting across the funds management business. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to coordinate due diligence responses, enhance reporting capability and implement technology‑enabled solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy and turnaround times.
You will make an impact by:
Coordinating and delivering high‑quality responses to due diligence questionnaires, surveys and RFPs for investors, platforms and internal stakeholders within defined deadlines.
Identifying reporting requirements and streamlining existing processes through improved documentation, central libraries and automation.
Implementing technology‑enabled solutions, including the use of Copilot and AI tools, to reduce manual effort and enhance reporting accuracy and speed.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders to gather, validate and approve information for investor, Board, CEO and financial results reporting.
Maintaining clear project tracking, documentation and governance to ensure visibility of deliverables, responsibilities and timelines.
About You
You are a highly organised and detail‑oriented analyst with a strong interest in funds management, reporting and process improvement. You enjoy working with data and documentation, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders, and using technology to improve the way work gets done in a fast‑paced environment.
You will bring:
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related Business or Commerce discipline, with 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role or within financial services, accounting or a real assets organisation.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Advanced capability in Microsoft Word and Excel, with an interest in leveraging technology, automation and AI tools to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels, both internally and externally.
A proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused mindset, with the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, maintain discretion with sensitive information and operate effectively in
