About the role:

As an Analyst, you’ll support the day-to-day administration and fieldwork of restructuring engagements under the guidance of experienced professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in insolvency and restructuring, working on diverse and meaningful projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of statutory forms, investigation letters, and authorities

  • Conduct investigations and financial analysis on engagements

  • Support trading-on of businesses during restructuring

  • Prepare reports for ASIC, creditors, and other stakeholders

  • Draft correspondence and act as a key contact for stakeholders including employees, directors, and creditors

  • Assist in asset realisation and recovery processes

  • Contribute to the preparation of letters of demand and other legal documentation

About you:

You’re a curious and driven professional with a keen interest in insolvency, restructuring, and financial problem-solving. Whether you come from an accounting or legal background, you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. You bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. You’re ready to take the next step in your career, eager to learn from experienced mentors, and excited to contribute to meaningful engagements that help businesses navigate change.

Essential:

  • A degree in Business/Commerce (Accounting major) or Law with an interest in insolvency

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Strong communication and attention to detail

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Desirable:

  • Commencement of CA or equivalent qualification

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
