We are looking for an Analyst – Technology Digital Performance to join the team! You will support the Head of Technology Digital Performance and Governance, Chief Information and Digital Office who is responsible for steering the Digital function to optimise performance, manage risk, and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.
You will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, establish Performance Monitoring leveraging data-driven insights ensuring alignment to organisational objectives, conduct training and communications, manage the Business Continuity Plan, develop Reporting for Management and Board Committees, and assist the Head of Technology Digital Performance and Governance on other Technology Digital Performance related activities when required. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:
- Collaboratively establish benchmarks and targets ((i.e., incident/change/problem/configuration/capacity/service/cost/performance management, backup and recovery, security etc) for Technology Digital Performance with stakeholders ensuring they are well communicated across the Technology Digital function
- Develop and maintain a library of all Technology Digital Performance metrics and implement a technology solution to house the metrics
- Identify causes of performance issues and work with stakeholders to develop effective solutions
- Develop and deliver on high quality Training and Communication programs to educate Technology Digital teams on awareness and accountability
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of the Technology Digital Training and Communication program through various mechanisms
- Manage the Business Continuity Plan for the Technology Digital function to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to meet organisational objectives
- Develop regular reports highlighting key trends, insights, and actionable recommendations and define key performance indicators and metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of Technology Digital Performance initiatives
- Develop presentations and dashboards for various Forums and Committees such as the Monthly Digital Risk Forum and Enterprise Information Management Committee
- Work effectively with stakeholders and champion a highly collaborative and transparent culture across the Technology Digital function
About you:
You will have proven experience in managing Digital and Technology Performance in accordance with strategic objectives or equivalent role across Digital and Technology in large complex organisations. You will also have:
- A strong background in designing and implementing effective Training and Communication programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of Digital and Technology Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management Frameworks, standards, and best practice
- Excellent written, verbal communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong Project Management and Change Management experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing processes, systems, or tools requiring engagement and collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and assess potential impacts
