About the role 
 

We're seeking an Analyst - JV Partners to support the strategic development and management of our joint venture partnerships across Transurban's infrastructure portfolio. 

 

You'll join an innovative team who are dedicated to fostering cross-business collaboration and driving value through coordination across our joint venture partnerships. 

 

As our Analyst - JV Partners, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities by facilitating partner relationship management, driving coordination and consistency across our joint venture portfolio and understanding our operating model. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to broader Australian Market Strategy & Partners team to support performance & enablement, policy & regulation and Australian corporate development activities. It's meaningful, challenging and exciting work that directly impacts the growth and strategic positioning of our infrastructure projects. 

 

Day-to-day, you will: 
 

  • Assist in developing protocols and governance for joint ventures, ensuring consistency of management and optimising investor returns. 

  • Support the planning, prioritising, tracking, and delivery of various partnership-related project tasks. 

  • Support internal stakeholders with partner engagement activities and provide strategic advice from a Transurban Group perspective. 

  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with key existing stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and efficient relationship management across all regions. 

  • Prepare commercial support for deliverables such as Board Strategy, transformation projects, and partner research. 

 
 

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: 
 

  • 2 to 4 years of professional services experience (e.g., management consulting, Big 4,  or in-house advisory) or relevant commercial discipline. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to navigate complex issues and projects. 

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and recommendations both verbally and in writing. 

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, coupled with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
