Our CB 150 Property team supports medium enterprise residential and commercial property investors and developers with turnovers up to $150M. We focus on understanding our clients and delivering tailored, sustainable solutions.
As an Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the Relationship Management team—combining data, insight, and collaboration to help our clients succeed.
What you will do
Research industries and clients to build insight-driven strategies
Perform financial modelling and credit risk analysis
Prepare detailed credit submissions and assess lending opportunities
Collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored solutions
Support reporting and monitor portfolio performance
What you will bring
Experience in business or commercial banking (ideal)
Strong credit writing and financial analysis skills
Solid understanding of financial statements and loan structuring
Confident communicator and team player
Tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting, or related field
Background in a Tier 1 or 2 accounting firm (a plus)
