Do you thrive on bringing a global brand to life locally, ensuring our message resonates authentically with diverse audiences – including tailored talent brands for specific skill groups and talent segments? If you love crafting impactful campaigns, diving into data for insights, and revolutionizing candidate experiences with out-of-the-box thinking and fresh content, then this role is designed for you!
As our APAC and Japan Manager, Talent Acquisition Brand & Marketing, you'll be our on-the-ground expert, a true catalyst for connection. You'll play a pivotal role in localizing our global talent brand strategy, executing targeted campaigns, and optimizing channels to attract and engage top talent across APAC and Japan, always focused on strategic growth. This highly collaborative and impactful role makes you the go-to partner for regional Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring they have the cutting-edge support and resources to shine.
Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Localizing Our Vibrant Talent Brand: Deeply understand what makes Workday an exceptional employer in key markets across APAC and Japan. Skillfully translate our global talent brand and EVP into compelling, culturally resonant local narratives and content, including landing tailored talent brands for specific skill groups and talent segments.
  • Driving Impactful Regional Campaigns: Own end-to-end execution of regional and local recruitment marketing campaigns. From innovative ideation to robust reporting, ensure seamless alignment with global strategy and precise execution for regional hiring needs.
  • Revolutionize Content & Candidate Experience: Design and create compelling visual and video assets using tools like Adobe Express (or similar) to craft fresh, out-of-the-box content. Constantly seek innovative ways to enhance the candidate brand experience and attract top talent.
  • Optimizing Talent Attraction Channels: Continuously elevate and optimize our talent attraction channels and reputation sites across APAC and Japan. Leverage sharp data analysis to maximize visibility and drive authentic engagement with target talent segments.
  • Empowering Recruiters for Success: Be a trusted, invaluable partner to our recruiters across APAC and Japan. Equip them with dynamic, localized content, intuitive tools, and insightful training to effectively articulate Workday's vibrant talent story.
  • Unlocking Insights Through Data: Be a data detective! Analyze regional talent data, campaign performance, and market trends to provide actionable, strategic insights, demonstrating powerful impact and intelligently informing future strategies.
  • Fostering Strong Stakeholder Partnerships: Build and nurture powerful relationships with Talent Acquisition leadership, recruiters, and other key stakeholders across APAC and Japan. Ensure talent brand initiatives are synergistic with critical business priorities.
  • Strategic Vendor Management: Thoughtfully manage local vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance and output, securing the best resources for regional initiatives.

About You

You're a driven, proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with a genuine passion for innovative problem-solving to drive efficiencies. You're ready to embrace challenges, work hard, and have fun, embodying that 'brighter workdays' spirit!
Basic Qualifications

  • You're a genuine team player, adaptable and ready to contribute wherever the business demands, always with a positive outlook.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.

Are you being referred to one of our roles? If so, ask your connection at Workday about our Employee Referral process!
