Job Description

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders. You’ll be a part of the Wise Platform team, leading the most impactful projects and programmes of work in order to expand our growing list of global partners, helping us deliver world class payment service solutions to our partners and their customers across the APAC region. This role is based in our Singapore office.

Wise Platform is a sub-team in Wise which empowers banks, fintechs and enterprises to build global payments solutions through their own channels. We’ve launched partnerships globally, with the likes of Standard Chartered, Google Pay, Aspire, Xero and Bank Mandiri, and today have 70+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform.

What’s the role?

The Wise Platform team has seen significant growth in the last few years, boasting a number of well-known household brands as partners. To help accelerate this growth, we’re now looking to build out the marketing function in APAC.

To start us on this journey, we’re looking for an experienced Field Marketer ready to take on their next big step - helping establish a regional B2B marketing function in APAC.

You’ll need to apply your experience of working with global teams to develop and execute local marketing strategies, measurement and GTM materials. As the first Wise Platform marketing team member within the region, you’ll need to be comfortable in solving challenges and establishing ways of working. But you won’t have to do this alone, as you’ll be supported by our wider team of global marketing experts across content, PR and events.

Day-to-day, you’ll lead Wise Platform's regional marketing activities for the APAC region, supporting the team on running large-scale in-house and third-party events, campaigns and collateral that can help generate demand and awareness for Wise Platform as well supporting the Sales team in moving deals through the pipeline.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Design, PR and other teams to ensure maximum velocity is achieved through our sales cycle. Your efforts will directly impact our revenue growth by enabling our commercial teams to sell more, better and faster

Your Mission:

  • Own and deliver Wise Platform's regional marketing strategy to attract, engage and acquire enterprise partners

  • Become an expert in our Wise Platform product and deeply understand the pain points of our priority verticals and prospects and how they vary across the region

  • Help build and optimise the lead generation and nurture program globally and locally

  • Help manage and execute local events - both owned and third-party - to support the region sales team in building out the pipeline and, accelerating existing deals

  • Design and execute local campaigns, analysing performance and use data and insights to identify and implement opportunities for increasing engagement and conversion rates at all stages of the customer’s lifecycle journey

  • Work closely with the content and enablement teams to develop localised content and resources

  • Own the local P&L for our our cross-channel marketing mix and determine the best combination to deliver the greatest impact

Qualifications

About You:

  • Are a Singaporean Citizen/Permanent Resident of Singapore (Please note that we are currently unable to sponsor visas for this position)

  • 5+ years experience working in Field Marketing roles or running campaigns in B2B marketing teams

  • Experience in running and managing events

  • Experience working in financial services: payments, banking or B2B solutions targeting banks and enterprise partners

  • Self-starter and impact-driven: you enjoy taking ownership of projects with limited oversight. You thrive more on autonomy than structure. You’re not afraid to take responsibility and ownership of your work. You come ready equipped with perseverance and a sizable sense of humour.

  • Quick learner and problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and eager to learn and develop with a passion for using data to improve campaign performance.

Desirable skillsets/experiences:
