- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the food, beverage, beauty, and personal care sectors aligned with APAC business goals.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive activities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in each target region.
- Guide and support regional Field Marketing Managers in executing localized marketing activities to penetrate new industries.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and events to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and engagement.
- Tailor strategies for key accounts and high-priority markets, ensuring maximum impact and relevance.
- Leverage partnerships with local associations, media and industry influencers to amplify lead generation efforts.
- Ensure consistent messaging, localization, and brand integrity across all campaigns and communications in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Work closely with the global product marketing team to launch localized product initiatives and develop promotional tools for the new sectors.
- Measure and report on key KPIs, campaign ROI, and pipeline impact to continuously refine marketing strategies in Food and CPC.
- Manage the regional marketing budget for the new industries, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Field Marketing Managers, helping them build expertise in the food, beverage, and beauty industries.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and strategic partners to execute regional initiatives effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, Cosmetics, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- 8 - 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in B2B software or technology industries; experience with food, beverage, or beauty sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong experience in field marketing, demand generation, and strategic account marketing in multi-national environments, preferably in APAC.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cultures and regions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
