ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled APAC Marketing Lead to drive our regional marketing strategy and establish our brand presence across Asia. This role will oversee branding, content marketing, strategic communications, and event execution, ensuring that our company is positioned as the leading interoperability infrastructure provider in the region.

You will be the central figure in shaping how our brand is perceived in Asia, ensuring that our message resonates with developers, partners, and the broader ecosystem. This role is about building awareness, influence, and credibility through thoughtful marketing initiatives, high-impact campaigns, and a strong presence at flagship conferences.

Our team leaves egos at the door, works hard, has big ambitions, and is passionate about building the infrastructure operability layer of tomorrow. We expect the same from you.

The working environment is fast paced with plenty of ambiguity, change, and odd hours. You have to be okay with that as we continue to grow and mature as an organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Regional Strategy: Own and execute the APAC marketing strategy to strengthen our brand across key markets in Asia.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and manage high-quality content that communicates our vision, product updates, and ecosystem growth in a way that resonates with regional audiences.
  • Partnerships Communication: Collaborate with Business Development to communicate the value of our partnerships, ensuring consistent, polished messaging without overlapping into sales responsibilities.
  • Events & Conferences: Plan and execute major events, from flagship conferences to curated community activations, ensuring our presence is high-profile and impactful.
  • PR & Media: Manage relationships with regional media, KOLs, and influencers to amplify our narrative across APAC.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing and BD teams to ensure alignment and localization of campaigns in the region.
  • Measurement: Define and track KPIs for brand growth, campaign performance, and event ROI.
WHO YOU ARE
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least part of that in the crypto industry.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market with experience in Web3, fintech, or tech marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Experience planning and running large-scale events and conferences.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable collaborating with BD and partnerships teams, while remaining focused on marketing responsibilities.
  • Crypto-native or strong familiarity with Web3 is a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in an additional Asian language (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese) is a strong advantage.
  • A passion for technology, storytelling, and building brands that move industries forward.
