You’ll collaborate closely with regional leaders to ensure initiatives land effectively, while also leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline enablement activities — from creating training materials and localising content, to analysing feedback and supporting program delivery at scale.

About the Role

Join us as a Revenue Enablement Manager in Sydney, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the APJ region during a 12-month maternity leave period. You’ll be at the heart of empowering our sales teams by running onboarding, delivering impactful enablement programs, and ensuring our reps have the skills, tools, and resources to succeed.

We’re looking for someone confident in program execution, strong in facilitation, and skilled in designing and managing content. You’ll collaborate closely with regional leaders to ensure initiatives land effectively, while also leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline enablement activities — from creating training materials and localising content, to analysing feedback and supporting program delivery at scale.

Required

  • 2–4+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales support, training, sales or a related GTM role (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Confident facilitator with experience designing and delivering training or onboarding sessions.
  • Comfort using AI tools to streamline content creation, research, productivity, or reporting (e.g., ChatGPT, Gong insights, or similar).
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation, and project execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
