Job Description:

• Join our dynamic Consumer Business Group as an Application Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our consumer-focused initiatives. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to develop innovative product applications and facilitate the successful launch of new products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

• Your responsibilities will include managing customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, while also supporting key client activities such as training sessions and trade shows. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with our major clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership.

• As an Application Engineer, you will cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, enabling you to independently conduct competitive analyses and provide strategic insights for product specification and integration. Your ability to anticipate market trends and customer needs will be crucial in guiding our product development strategies.

• Additionally, you will create compelling digital content tailored to customer requirements, including detailed product applications, informative training materials, and engaging product demonstrations. Your contributions will enhance our digital presence and support our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Material Science, or a related field (completed and verified prior to start).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various functions, including laboratory, manufacturing, and business teams.
