You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross‑functional team focused on analysing business processes, defining requirements, and supporting the transition from a long‑standing legacy ERP system to IFS. The role is hands‑on and involves working closely with stakeholders across operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure a smooth and effective migration to the new platform.


Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in supporting processes within legacy ERP systems
  • Work with SMEs across business units to understand current workflows
  • Contribute to configuration, testing, and validation activities in IFS
  • Support data mapping, migration readiness, and quality assurance
  • Document processes, workflows, and system behaviours
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and SMEs to maintain alignment and ensure successful delivery
  • Provide user support, training, and change‑management assistance during rollout
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as the ERP evolves
  • Help troubleshoot and reproduce application issues

Skills & Experience

Success in this role requires:

  • Minimum two years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in ERP environments.
  • Exposure to ERP transformation or major upgrade projects (IFS experience would be highly regarded, but not essential).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the use of Jira is beneficial.
  • Strong process‑mapping and requirements‑gathering capability.
  • Confidence working with legacy systems during transition phases.
  • Excellent communication, session facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • A proactive, structured, and collaborative approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
