Our Sydney studio is connected to a global practice working across architecture, infrastructure, transport, workplace, education, culture, and city-shaping projects.

We are looking for talented and engaged architects and graduates who are passionate about design and eager to contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking studio environment. We want our people to be fulfilled and to grow during their time with us—the key to our continuing success is working with and engaging the most talented people we can find.

We support growth through:

  • Cross-studio exposure

  • Ongoing feedback and development conversations
  • Parental leave and employee assistance program
  • An active calendar of social and cultural events

Required Skillsets

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with external stakeholders and consultants
  • Confidence in presenting during client meetings
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative on new challenges
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience across all project stages, from concept design through to documentation
  • Strong graphical presentation skills and design sensibility
  • Availability to start immediately or within two weeks (preferred)

Grimshaw is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome people from all backgrounds and recognise that in order to be successful, we need to create an inclusive environment where everyone can reach their potential and succeed.

Any offer of employment with Grimshaw will be conditional upon you having the right to work in Australia.
