Business Context & Main Purpose of the Job

Unilever Homecare ANZ is home to brands including OMO/Persil, Surf, and Comfort. This role supports end-to-end brand management, focusing on laundry category growth, NPD, campaigns, and cross-functional partnership.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support brand plans across Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), digital, Out of Home (OOH), PR, and retail media

  • Lead selected workstreams

  • Support NPD/renovation projects including gate processes, pack development

  • Partner with Customer Development for retailer sell-in & storytelling

  • Ensure brand governance & consistency across touchpoints.

  • Manage internal processes including artwork approvals, budgeting systems.

What You’ll Bring

  • Marketing/business degree

  • Experience in FMCG, retailer exposure, media understanding, passion for sustainability

  • Must have strong analytical and communication skills
