We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join our team in North Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Product/Brand Management plans to maximize product and brand appeal to our target customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in brand management.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting all areas of Marketing in the Aesthetics Business, including Consumer, HCP marketing. The role will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business, including Marketing, Sales, Education, Finance, Supply Chain, customers, agencies, influencers and more, demonstrating the Galderma Values in all their interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve sales and market share growth.

  • Product Launches: Support product launches from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, messaging, and timelines.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on monthly brand performance and sales metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise future initiatives and campaigns.

  • Creative Development: Collaborate with creative design and production agencies to develop marketing materials, including in clinic materials, packaging, advertising, and promotional assets.

  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and consumer insights research to identify trends, market opportunities, and consumer preferences.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, education, product supply and finance teams to ensure the alignment of brand initiatives with business objectives.

  • Budget Management: Assist in the management of brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring of spending.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing related roles, preferably within the aesthetics, pharmaceutical or premium brand industry.

  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and digital marketing.

  • Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for the aesthetics industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with pivot tables and data analysis

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.

  • Ability to work on projects with close supervision.
