The opportunity

Supporting a team of Case Managers, you will enjoy the collaborative team environment and learn new skills along the way. Diverse workload – blend of customer service and administration work.

Your new role

  • Provide administrative assistance supporting the Case Management of Managed Fund Claims by efficiently and accurately processing data, documentation, and payments in accordance with relevant legislative requirements, frameworks, and in accordance with QBE company policies and procedures. 

  • Assist team members and management with administration, customer service and support tasks.

  • Respond to internal, customer or employer enquiries within required timeframes ensuring that we are putting the customer at the heart of what we do to ensure an effective resolution.

  • Accurate & Efficient Data Entry including making payments and uploading records

  • Assist in maintaining current company policy and legislative requirements.

  • Compliance with company and regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Assist in maintaining an organised team – book cars, accommodation, and calendar management.

About you
Your communication skills and ability to use your initiative along with a customer-centric approach will ensure that you optimise outcomes for your customers
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong administration experience 

  • Previous payroll experience desirable

  • Developed time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team player with a can-do attitude.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office
