  • Prepare basic creative briefs to ready the content team for meetings.
  • Assist with preparing casting packs and writer briefs.

Calendar & Communications

  • Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, scheduling reviews, meetings, and calls as needed.
  • Monitor the Executive Director’s inbox, flagging priority items and preparing simple correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Assist in coordinating with creators, agents, studios, clients and stakeholders.

Development & Production Assistance

  • Assist in monitoring project status across the development and production slate.
  • Join meetings to take notes, highlight next steps, and support communication between teams.
  • Assist with gathering materials for financing, casting, or marketing stages.
  • Help maintain quarterly project updates for internal and board reporting.
  • General project production assistance may be required from time to time.

Company Administrative Tasks

  • Assist with organising and running of internal events and screenings.
  • Work closely with EAs, Front of House and project coordinators to ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Help organise travel bookings, itineraries, and expenses for executives and other company travellers as required.

Festivals & Marketing

  • Provide logistical support for industry festivals, screenings, and company events.
  • Assist with marketing and website assets, press kits, and social or promotional materials.
  • Help prepare submission packages for festivals, grants, and pitch markets.

About you:

Attention to Detail:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with an unwavering focus on accuracy, efficiency, and polished, visually cohesive outputs.
