As an Assistant Manager Global WMS & TMS, you will act as the main link between the Global WMS Team, system provider and country operations. The role focuses on troubleshooting system issues, maintaining WMS system efficiency, and supporting project and technical leads to enhance warehouse management
operations.
Key Objectives :
▪ Monitor performance of WMS and future warehouse related
systems.
▪ Perform implementation-related tasks proactively and in a timely
manner.
▪ Drive root cause analysis in case of system malfunctions.
▪ Act as Interface between Puma and system supplier.
▪ Identify and define improvements for sales subs.
• Meeting established SLAs for warehouse system issues, ensuring
timely problem resolution.
• Efficient and effective performance on new project implementation tasks.
• Responsive follow-up on new requirements and enhancements, showing adaptability and continuous improvement.
• At least one year of experience in a multinational company, preferably in the
logistics or IT department.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and any Warehouse Management System.
• University degree in logistics or IT, or proven experience in these fields.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, open-minded team player with selfmanagement abilities and logistics expertise.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and warehousing processes.
