Key responsibilities

  • Develop a deep knowledge of SEEK Pass operations, products, and user needs so that you can identify, improve and communicate opportunities to unlock value from the latest AI techniques
  • Leverage data and operational insights to identify optimisation opportunities and inform prioritisation and decision making
  • Define operational and product requirements, and help facilitate collaboration sessions to design creative purpose-built solutions
  • Manage the smooth operationalisation of new product features including planning, forecasting and monitoring operational impact, creating collateral and coordinating with stakeholders

  • Strong level of comfort with ambiguity, driving progress through an agile test & learn mindset
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team to deliver innovative products and outcomes, and an ability to effectively influence and collaborate across multiple functions and teams
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience defining key operational metrics and indicators, monitoring performance and identifying trends
  • Possess a customer-focused mindset, with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Positive can-do attitude, demonstrated resilience, shows initiative, leads with curiosity and takes ownership of outcomes
