Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Product Developer to join our team!

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to support the Product Development team in all aspects of design, sampling & production processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a part of the Product Development team to ensure the business is keeping ahead of trends and staying relevant
  • Assist the team with measurement specs & tech packs for production
  • Ensure garment tech standards are maintained and a high degree of attention to detail
  • Maintaining the sample racks in a clean, organised & professional manner
  • Manage samples on a daily basis and ensure all comments and supplier relationships are handled professionally and efficiently
  • Random quality control checks of bulk orders delivered to the warehouse
  • Improve the products being developed by conducting market research & trend forecasting

Requirements
  • A passion for design & style
  • Basic understanding of garment development
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • General skills in Google Sheets/Excel
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Can work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Regularly creating and taking advantage of learning opportunities; uses newly gained knowledge and skill on the job through their application
  • Strong communicator and clearly conveys information and ideas in a focused, appropriate and effective manner
  • Ability to manage a high workload and be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong Communicator- ability to form relationships across the business
