We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to support the Product Development team in all aspects of design, sampling & production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a part of the Product Development team to ensure the business is keeping ahead of trends and staying relevant
- Assist the team with measurement specs & tech packs for production
- Ensure garment tech standards are maintained and a high degree of attention to detail
- Maintaining the sample racks in a clean, organised & professional manner
- Manage samples on a daily basis and ensure all comments and supplier relationships are handled professionally and efficiently
- Random quality control checks of bulk orders delivered to the warehouse
- Improve the products being developed by conducting market research & trend forecasting
Requirements
- A passion for design & style
- Basic understanding of garment development
- Exceptional organisational skills
- General skills in Google Sheets/Excel
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Can work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Regularly creating and taking advantage of learning opportunities; uses newly gained knowledge and skill on the job through their application
- Strong communicator and clearly conveys information and ideas in a focused, appropriate and effective manner
- Ability to manage a high workload and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong Communicator- ability to form relationships across the business
