1. Treasury Functions

  > Daily Cash Entries - ADGT and ADRH (ATS)

  > Summarizing Local banks transactions

  > Update CAPEX actuals

  > Update Forex file, cash monitoring file and assignments fields

  > Weekly cash reconciliation and process staled check if there's any

  > Report for BS Hedging LN2 and Electricity Accrual

  > To be added to his responsibility the Co. Code 1010-Daily cash postings - Kyriba as back up and help to existing accountant

2. Monthe End Process

  > Accruals entry of Utilities (Electricity, Water,LN2) and Clinic Fees

  > Processing of Sales Invoice on Cost Plus Revenue

  >HMO monitoring file update

  >E-mail confirmation that all Cash accounts are reconciled on Day 1 to Day 3

  > Blackline Cash Reconciliation

3. Legal/admin

  > Facilitating signing of legal documents needed and requested

  > Printing of letters and LOI to be submitted

  > Customer service

  > Other tasks assign as necessary
