As an Associate Business Consultant, you will provide consulting services including solution design, configuration, customer support, and training while liaising with clients and development teams.

Our role:
The Associate Business Consultant is responsible for providing consulting services to customers and Objective team members on all content aspects of Objective’s product suite. They undertake solution design, configuration, testing, solution documentation, template specification, customer support, training and troubleshooting.
This role reports to the Consulting Manager and does not have people management responsibilities.
A day in your role:
- Providing expert advice on all features/functions/techniques used. This knowledge is developed through engagement with Objective products and consulting experts, day-to-day work assignments, and self-directed learning.
- Configuring customer solutions using the product features plus providing content configuration assistance to the customers.
- Supporting more senior consultants by providing administration support, including taking meeting minutes, logging Jira tickets, following up on action points, arranging meetings, and drafting communications.
- Facilitating workshops with clients, this may include demos, training, or design workshops.
- Acting as the liaison between the customers/business consultants and Objective Product, Development and Testing teams to specify, confirm, and test the design of the customer solution.
- Assisting Objective Support and Engineering in the troubleshooting and rectification of support incidents.
- Ensuring continuous improvement in the “way we work at Objective Corporation” through contribution to ‘Best Practice’ via improvements in our processes, developing re-usable tools, etc.
- Travelling as required for implementations
Your skills, experience and beyond:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Advanced MS Word, Outlook), Jira software.
- Knowledge of data models.
- Business requirement analysis and solution mapping.
- Experience in the configuration of software solutions.
- Good communication skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Take ownership of own self-development, and pursues the achievement of goals with energy and enthusiasm.
- Contribute to improvements in efficiency, services, processes, and product offerings within the scope of work
