The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader (NSW), the Associate Client Relationship Manager supports the growth and retention of InfoTrack’s existing client base by engaging with clients, increasing product usage, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
This role is ideal for someone starting their career in account management or sales. You will learn how to train clients, build relationships, and promote InfoTrack solutions through regular client contact, sales support activities, and structured coaching.
About you
You’re a proactive communicator who builds strong client relationships, supports product adoption, and helps the sales team succeed. Organised, adaptable, and detail-focused, you enjoy guiding clients, spotting opportunities, and contributing to team success.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships via phone, email, and meetings.
- Activate dormant accounts and deliver basic product training.
- Promote additional InfoTrack products and identify opportunities.
- Assist sales teams with outreach, proposals, and campaigns.
- Track client activity and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
- Support team initiatives, reporting, and process improvements.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Interest in sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Comfortable using computers and business software
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Salesforce experience helpful but not required (training provided)
- Knowledge of legal or conveyancing processes is advantageous but not essential
- Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
