🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Clinical Project Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of clinical trial execution - managing timelines, budgets, and quality across regional or global studies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage directly with clients, and ensure every milestone is met with precision and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials in line with contracts and regulatory standards (ICH-GCP, local laws)
  • Develop and implement integrated study management plans with core project teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and drive resolution of issues
  • Ensure financial success through accurate forecasting, budget control, and scope management
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Represent IQVIA in bid defenses and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and solutions

 What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (required)
  • Experience: minimum  5+ years in clinical research, including 2 + year in project management in Australia
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas
  • Skills:
    • Leadership and team management
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Financial acumen and contract management
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
