Due to expansion, we are searching for Customer Support & Development team members to deliver exceptional service, business partnering and support to SC Johnson’s customers and internal stakeholders. 

What makes this role great: 

• No call center environment, order taking or massive call queues.  
• Proactive approach to supporting our customers and identifying cross sell opportunities. 
• Business partnering with the sales and marketing teams. 
•  Would suit candidates from retail, hospitality, sales support, administration,
• Genuine career prospects and opportunities for cross training, development and internal growth (e.g. data analysis, marketing, sales, business support, field sales)

• Strong and clear communication skills
• Customer focused

• Comfortability working across several computer systems
• Knowledge if CRM (sales force) or similar CRM
• Ability to multitask and think laterally, toward future business growth
