The Strategic Business Partner for P&O Insights drives and ensures that TT global and local (where applicable) demand is captured from business and collaborates with other CTS TT functions to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions.


 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing and validation. Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and other procedures within Service Delivery Life Cycle - keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements.

  • Work closely with other IT functions to ensure successful selection, onboarding of third party technologies as well as lead in house developments based on customer needs

  • Assume IT budget accountability for the projects. Manage project budget end to end. Help business to understand their choices to manage technology costs.

  • Proactively engage with Business stakeholders to drive Business transformation enabled by technology, find improvement areas, align with current technology trends

  • Contribute to and interpret business and IT strategy to shape future direction for the Novartis P&O Insights. Ensure our journey to Technology Transformation supports Business objectives in a fast, simple, efficient way

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Solid understanding of IT business processes and service management. Background as a technology professional and proficient English

  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders. Certification in ITIL Foundation is an advantage

  • Experience with Rewards Technology and Year End Process is an advantage

  • Experience in P&O systems landscape: integration of data across different P&O platforms

  • Project management experience in IT projects. Agile methodology knowledge/experience as well as Waterfall
