Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an AD / Director in our Cost Management division to strengthen our Canberra based team. The successful candidate will be degree qualified with considerable industry experience and a passion for growing and mentoring teams.
- Leading existing key client relationships.
- Create and develop new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market.
- Be a proactive member of the Canberra senior leadership team, with responsibility to grow and develop the cost management team.
- Working closely with our wider CM business, in particular NSW.
- Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.
- Participate in the development of the business plan and take ownership for the delivery of project and overall business targets.
- Demonstrate our Purpose, Vision & Values in your everyday activities, setting an example for excellence.
- A recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- MRICS / AIQS accreditation ideal
- 10+ Years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skill
