About The Role 
As an Associate Engineer, you will join an international network of designers serving the American, European and South Pacific markets to coordinate, process & deliver individually designed implants for neuro, oral and maxillofacial surgeons.

What You Will Do 

  • Partner with the Custom Implant Design team to review, coordinate and process incoming medical imaging scans and requests 
  • Review and process CT Scan data and convert those files into 3D bone models used to develop Customised implants 
  • Review design files, models, and paperwork from those within the team and with our partner company to ensure it has been completed to the quality required 
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high level of system and data accuracy 
  • Execute day-to-day management of the Customised product (patient specific device) process 
  • Create supporting structures for Customised plates to allow them to be 3D printed 
      

About You 

  • Outstanding attention to detail, quality focus and strong sense of responsibility 
  • Strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in computer assisted design, modelling, segmentation, or medical imaging highly regarded (desirable) 
  • Basic understanding of the human anatomy highly regarded
