As an Associate Financial Adviser, the role is focused on providing professional and high-quality investment management advice and supporting new and existing Perpetual Private non-profit and philanthropy clients. The role sits in a team of two Partners, a Senior Financial Adviser an Associate Financial Adviser and an Associate.
About the Role
Support the Partner and Senior Financial Adviser with client deliverables, including ad-hoc papers, reporting, meeting preparation and follow up
Prepare and present requests for tender, investment performance reporting to prospective clients and provide ongoing annual investment reviews to existing clients
Attend and actively participate in client meetings to support the Partners and Senior Financial Adviser in the provision of a highly personal and compelling client experience
Arrange and coordinate documentation for client meetings
Oversee the preparation of annual review and new business plans including development of draft strategies, financial modelling, and other inputs needed to complete advice instructions, letters of engagement and portfolio transitions
Contribute to effective risk and compliance management through ensuring appropriate measures, controls and activities and taken to fulfill corporate and regulatory compliance
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Relevant degree qualifications and listed on (or eligible to be listed on) the Financial Advisers Register
CPD requirements met for the past 3 years (desirable)
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience
Experience with Xplan (desirable)
Experience in a client facing role
Professional Year completed (if not currently authorised)
