The Associate HR Operations Generalist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting various operational aspects of the employee lifecycle such as (but not limited to) tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee record maintenance.
The Associate HR Operations Generalist requires attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with HR processes to contribute to the smooth execution of HR operations.

What you'll be doing

Overview

The People and Culture Operations Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of the P&C function, with a focus on providing support in total rewards, benefits communication, Skilled Migration Employer Sponsored Visa process, and general P&C operations.

This role participates in addressing employee inquiries, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and supports P&C initiatives to cultivate a productive and harmonious work environment while ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing the overall employee experience.Primary Duties

The P&C Generalist’s primary function is to deliver and fulfil the required day to day operational tasks on the following areas:

·      Managing the Skills in Demand Visa process across Australia and New Zealand

·      Remuneration and Headcount approval process

·      Benefits Marketing and Admin

·      Advising employees on P&C policies and procedures

·      Reporting and administrative requirements

·      Supporting other P&C related projects

Experience

·      P&C administration experience

·      Exposure to Skilled Migration Employer Sponsored Visa Process across Australia and New Zealand

·      Experience working with an HRIS (Workday or Success Factors preferred)

·      Experience working with offshore shared services teams would be desirable

·      Intermediate level of experience with MS Excel

·      Experience using Power BI would be desirable

·      Has a good understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations

·      Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, P&C leadership, business stakeholders and external partners to achieve goals and outcomes

·      Confidently utilizes Excel and HRIS tools for efficient data management, reporting, and analytics

·      An understanding of the Information Technology industry will be well regarded

·      Well organized and able to manage multiple priorities at the same time

·      Strong attention to detail

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education and Training

·      Human Resources Degree or equivalent

·      AHRI Accreditation

·      Relevant vendor certifications
