Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment? Perpetual Wealth Management is seeking a proactive and dedicated Associate to join our Jacaranda team. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in supporting our Advisers and providing high-quality service to clients.

The wealth management business consists of three distinct brands in addition to Perpetual Private – Fordham, Jacaranda financial planning and Priority Life – offering a unique mix of wealth management, advice and trustee services. With a diverse range of capabilities including strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning and philanthropy. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.

About the Role

  • Arrange & coordinate documentation for client meetings.

  • Manage Adviser diary and arrange booking of appointments for reviews and advice presentations, following business protocols.

  • Assist adviser to complete file notes and manage client record keeping in line with compliance standards.

  • Preparation of annual investment reviews and completion of post review actions.

  • Preparation of client advice, Statement of Advice and Record of Advice in a compliant manner, interact with key stakeholders, research, paraplanning etc. Ensure compliance checklists are complete.

  • Monitor client accounts, key compliance dates, cash holdings.

  • Maintain client records on XPlan as per business standards.

  • Act as point of contact for clients, third parties and internal stakeholders

About you

  • We're looking for someone with:

  • FASEA Approved Degree or FASEA Approved Pathway

  • Completion of mandated CPD training & development each year

  • 12-18 months experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience

  • Working knowledge of investments and advice strategies including, superannuation consolidation, retirement & personal insurance desirable

  • Experience with Xplan and previous experience in a client facing role
