Core Responsibilities
A fantastic opportunity to join and learn from a high performing sales team has become available as an Associate Key Account Manager, you’ll be working with the Channel Director and Key Account Management team which will support, build, and maintain partnerships and create value to drive business growth.


This role will entail a combination of supporting the Channel Director and KAMs with strategic key accounts and strong cross-functional collaboration both internally and externally. Your willingness to learn as part of a successful and dynamic Sales team is an exciting opportunity!   • Provide support to the Channel Director and Key Account Managers and are a central point of coordination and communication for the team both internally and externally. Proactively manage priorities, timelines and key business activities.
  • Assist the Key Account Managers in preparation for and follow up from account meetings to ensure actions are executed and aligned to the strategic direction set for the account.
  • Generate commercial insights through analysis of sales performance, forecasts, inventory, promotional activity and customer trends. Identify opportunities and risks and provide recommendations to support the plans that are adapted to the specific needs of the business and the customer.
  • Undertake reporting including track and report Consumer Sales, Selling In, Sell through rates and other KPI measurements.
  • Build strong collaboration with the Marketing, Finance and Operations team to support the sales initiatives.
  • Create Planograms, participate in Customer Business Planning, recommend range assortments, customer investment decisions and turn strategy into a measured execution.
  • Liaise between Customers, Order Management and Warehouse to ensure seamless communication and timelines are achieved.
  • Ensure Trade Marketing executions and activities are implemented and deliver the LEGO Brand Values.
  • Support the growth of omnichannel business by monitoring eCommerce performance, digital execution and online availability, ensuring a consistent LEGO shopper experience across all customer touchpoints.
  • Build strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders and become a trusted day-to-day contact for assigned activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, improving reporting and enhancing ways of working across the team.

Do you know what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related.
  • You work effortlessly with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to generate commercial insights from data and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and experience working with sales, forecast, or customer performance data.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused, and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to influence a range of stakeholders.
  • Track record of effective relationship building
  • Financial acumen and analysis with the ability to be able to draw recommendations and conclusions.
