We are seeking a digitally-native Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team and take ownership of the Klook Kreator program. This junior-level position (1-2 years experience) requires someone who lives and breathes social media and understands the creator economy landscape. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between Klook and our network of content creators, managing everything from initial outreach and deal negotiations to content briefing and campaign execution. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their career in influencer marketing while working with diverse creators across multiple platforms to showcase Klook's travel and experience offerings.

Primary Responsibilities

Klook Kreator Program Management (40%)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our network of 1,200+ Klook Kreators across Australia & New Zealand

  • Manage creators spanning all reach levels (nano to macro) across travel, lifestyle, and fandom communities

  • Oversee creator onboarding process and maintain comprehensive creator database

  • Monitor program performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs

  • Develop and implement program improvement initiatives

  • Handle creator inquiries and resolve issues promptly across diverse creator segments

Campaign Execution & Content Management (25%)

  • Create detailed content briefs for creators aligned with campaign objectives

  • Coordinate content approval processes and provide feedback

  • Ensure brand guidelines compliance across all creator content

  • Track content deliverables and manage campaign timelines

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align creator content with broader marketing initiatives

Partnership Development & Negotiations (20%)

  • Identify and recruit new creators that align with Klook's brand values

  • Negotiate partnership terms, rates, and deliverables

  • Structure deals that maximise ROI while maintaining positive creator relationships

  • Manage contract processes and ensure legal compliance

Familiarisation Tours & Events (10%)

  • Plan and execute familiarisation tours for key creators

  • Coordinate logistics including bookings, itineraries, and on-ground support

  • Serve as primary liaison during creator experiences

  • Gather feedback and document tour outcomes for future improvements

Relationship Management & Communication (5%)

  • Maintain regular communication with active creators across the ANZ network

  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with high-performing creators

  • Leverage boundless energy to create meaningful connections within Australia & New Zealand's creator ecosystem

  • Manage creator expectations and ensure mutual satisfaction

  • Serve as internal advocate for creator needs and feedback

Key Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with exceptional written and verbal abilities

  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities with proven deadline management skills

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse campaign performance

  • Genuine passion for travel and experiences

  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools

  • Background in travel, hospitality, or experience marketing

  • Experience and understanding of content creation processes and best practices

  • Experience with contract negotiations , briefing creators and driving content outputs 

  • Social media savvy with a keen eye for trends
