Business Overview

We work as One IFM – and it’s our People & Culture team who make that possible. The team provides expertise in Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development and Learning, Reward and Performance, and Employee Relations.

The Role

This role will provide HR generalist support to the APAC business in the following areas:

  • Provision of generalist advice on employment related queries and building trusted relationships with the Business.

  • HR policy interpretation and advice.

  • Management, coordination and delivery of tasks.

  • Delivery of core HR processes.

  • Performance management support and execution.

  • Continuous improvement, development and documentation of HR process

  • HR project support as requested

Your Background and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ HR Generalist experience with broad knowledge across all HR disciplines.

  • Understanding of cyclical HR processes and experience of basic performance management / employee relations.

  • Experience in operating within a highly confidential environment, exercising diplomacy and discretion.

  • Ability to build relationships and business partnerships with others and be a trusted advisor.

  • Demonstrated experience of exercising good judgement without supervision.

  • A tertiary diploma or degree in Human Resources or related discipline, desirable, though not essential

  • Good market knowledge of financial services industry, or equivalent.

  • Understanding of a growing and fast paced commercial organisation, delivering at pace with accuracy.

  • Global matrixed organisation preferred but not essential.
