We are seeking an Associate Product Manager – Masks to join our Masks Product Management team. Depending on the candidate, the role may be scoped at Product Manager or part-time Senior Product Manager level. This is a unique opportunity to have a tangible impact on the future of masks and digital health at ResMed.
Your Mission
As part of the Masks Product Management team, you’ll ensure we (in this order):
1. Build the right thing
2. Build it right
3. Build it fast.
In this role, you will play a central role in defining our mask and digital strategy — clarifying how digital experiences and connected solutions enhance mask hardware, patient outcomes, and the broader user journey. You may also own or support a product within the mask portfolio, giving you the opportunity to apply your skills across both strategy and product execution.
This role reports directly to the Group Product Manager – Masks.
What You’ll Do
- Champion the User: Deeply understand patient and provider needs, translating them into comfortable, effective masks and digital experiences.
- Define Mask & Digital Strategy: Shape how digital solutions (apps, software, data, connectivity) complement mask hardware to improve outcomes.
- Own or Support Mask Products: Take responsibility for a product in the mask portfolio, or provide hands-on support to ensure success across development and launch.
- Drive Product Evolution: Analyze performance, identify improvements, and influence development of both mask features and digital enhancements.
- Collaborate and Influence: Partner with engineering, design, digital, marketing, and clinical teams to deliver seamless development and launch.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to projects that advance ResMed’s broader strategy, while providing general team support.
- Deliver Results: Contribute across the product lifecycle, measuring success through user satisfaction and business impact.
What You’ll Bring
- A passion for user-centric design and interest in sleep health and medical technology.
- Product management experience (from early exposure at Associate level to extensive experience at Senior level).
- Strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with hardware, digital health, or regulated medical devices.
