Job Description

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll work closely with a cross-functional team including Design, Engineering, and Business Analysis to shape, deliver, and iterate products. You’ll take ownership of specific partner products, balancing internal platform needs with external partner expectations, and contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and governance.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to end-to-end product management, from discovery and scoping to release and iteration, within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

What you'll do:

  • Own and support partner products like General Insurance, Asset Finance, My Protection Plan, Deposit Bonds & Conveyancing
  • Work closely with Design & Engineering to define, build, and launch features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Distribution, Legal, Compliance & Lender Partnerships
  • Help shape product roadmaps and prioritise initiatives based on impact and ROI
  • Ensure products meet governance and compliance requirements

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Strong experience in product management, ideally with exposure to digital product delivery or third-party integrations
  • Experience within Home Loans, Financial Services, or Banking (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories and supporting product releases
  • Analytical mindset – enjoy using data to guide decisions
  • Proactive, curious, and delivery-focused attitude
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
