  • Stay curious about emerging trends in digital health, data science, and AI/ML applications in healthcare.

Product Definition & Support

  • Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for therapy optimisation services.

  • Support discovery activities by helping frame problems, documenting insights, and validating assumptions.

  • Translate high-level product direction into clear, actionable inputs for engineering and data science teams.

  • Contribute to roadmap discussions and prioritisation decisions with analysis and supporting data.

Execution & Delivery

  • Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams during delivery to ensure requirements are understood and outcomes are met.

  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery ceremonies.

  • Help track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across initiatives.

  • Assist with testing, validation, and readiness activities for new services or features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with data scientists, ML engineers, clinicians, UX designers, and platform teams.

  • Learn to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Support alignment across teams building services that operate across multiple device platforms.

Learning, Growth & Contribution

  • Build foundational product management skills across discovery, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Seek feedback, mentorship, and learning opportunities to grow product judgment and confidence.

  • Contribute positively to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Preferred / Desired

  • 1–3 years’ experience in product management, data analytics, engineering, research, healthcare, or related fields.

  • Interest or exposure to data-driven products, analytics, AI/ML, or digital health solutions.
