The Associate Product Marketing Manager will develop go-to-market strategies, create marketing content, conduct market research, and track campaign performance.

Our role:
We’re looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and customer engagement.
In this collaborative and hands-on role, you’ll work with teams across product, sales, and design to craft clear, compelling messaging, develop marketing content, and support campaign launches. You’ll also conduct market research, analyse customer insights, and track performance to help inform future initiatives.
The role reports to the VP, Product Strategy and does not have people management responsibilities.
A day in your role:
- Support the development of messaging and product storytelling for our Build and Planning portfolio
- Help plan and roll out product and feature launches across different regions
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to guide messaging and strategy
- Help define value propositions and product positioning that clearly explain how our products help customers
- Create marketing content like presentations, website copy, and sales tools
- Contribute to building a clear and consistent product marketing approach for the team
- Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to keep efforts aligned with business goals
- Track and report on campaign performance, sharing insights to improve future efforts
- Help manage marketing tools like our CRM, CMS, and content libraries
- Support the planning and delivery of events and webinars, including logistics and promotional materials
Your skills, experience and beyond:
- Experience in assisting in developing and executing creative, high-impact marketing strategies in B2B markets.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and customer data using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Craft CMS
- Experience with content creation and management using CMS platforms, such as Craft.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g, Salesforce)
- A basic understanding of SEO and web analytics, or a willingness to learn how to optimise content for visibility and engagement.
- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative approach to working with teams across product, design, sales, and marketing
- Strategic thinking and the ability to link insights to business goals.
- Comfortable managing timelines and juggling multiple tasks or projects.
