As an Associate Engineer in our Digital team, you'll contribute to real projects, develop modern engineering skills, and gain exposure to cloud-native software delivery, AI-enabled engineering practices, and contemporary application development.

What You'll Do

From day one, you'll be part of a collaborative engineering team where learning and growth are built into the experience. You'll:

  • Work alongside experienced engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions

  • Develop software, contribute to testing, documentation, and engineering artefacts

  • Learn modern engineering practices, delivery methodologies, and customer engagement approaches

  • Gain exposure to cloud-native development, DevOps, software engineering, and AI-assisted delivery

  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops

  • Progress through a structured learning pathway with clear milestones and support

  • Gradually take ownership of delivery tasks as your skills and confidence grow

Bonus points if you've had exposure to:

  • Modern development technologies such as C#, .NET, React, or Angular
