About the RoleYou’ll contribute to building reliable, high-quality software across our .NET and modern JavaScript stack. Working alongside experienced engineers, designers, and product managers, you’ll help deliver new product capabilities while maintaining and improving existing systems.
This is a role designed for engineers early in their careers who want to grow quickly by working on real production systems. You’ll develop strong engineering fundamentals, learn modern development practices, and gain experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Contributing to the development of web applications using C#, .NET (Core, MVC, Web API), and SQL Server.
- Building modern, responsive user interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript, with exposure to frameworks such as React.
- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to design, build, test, and release product features.
- Writing clean, maintainable code that meets engineering standards for performance, reliability, and security.
- Working with quality assurance teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during development and testing.
- Learning and applying engineering best practices across testing, observability, and system reliability.
- Using AI-assisted development tools to support coding, debugging, documentation, and learning while maintaining code quality and correctness.
- Continuously building your technical knowledge and contributing ideas that improve our products and engineering practices.

What Sets You Apart!- 1–2 years of professional software development experience, including internships, co-op placements, or relevant project work.
- Foundational knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Exposure to modern programming languages or frameworks such as C#, .NET, React, or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts such as APIs, databases, version control, and debugging.
- Strong curiosity for learning new technologies and improving engineering skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively in a distributed environment.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ideal for engineers who are eager to learn, motivated to build great software, and excited to grow alongside experienced teammates.
